1. Tell us about yourself! I am married to my best friend and high school sweetheart (I hear collective AWWWs). We’ve been married 4 years, together for 13. We have an 8 month old son who is the greatest blessing that God ever gave me. For now, I am a full-time stay at home mommy. I am going back to school in August, to finish my Medical Assisting degree. I’m a huge football fan, we’re gearing up for football season! On Saturdays you can find me at Commonwealth Stadium watching the University of Kentucky play football and Sunday we’re watching NFL.
2. Who is your BBP sponsor? The fabulous Keyna Carson!!!
3. Why did you choose to join BBP? I started researching many different companies in early February. No one could compare to BBP! And Keyna was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions.
4. What is your favorite TV show? Oh there are so many! CSI (Las Vegas) and CSI Miami, Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory, Survivor, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, to name a few. I’m surprised we don’t fill up the DVR honestly.
5. Which of our products do you feel most passionate about? Any tips, tricks, or one-liners you use when you demo it? I believe that every woman needs a bunny or a variation of the bunny. “Bunnies are your friends” And also, I demo the love glove, the erotica creamy massage oil, and the silver bullet at the same time. You’re showing 3 products at one time and adding the silver bullet is a good way to introduce a toy into the bedroom. Some people are a little scared of toys! Surprising, I know!
6. What is your best booking tip? I use the “Book to Look” game a lot. Giving them something “small” FREE is always an added incentive to push them to book. Although I never give the free item until they hold their party and they leave the ordering room understanding that they must hold the party on the original date or they lose their freebie.
7. Favorite singer or band? I am a self-proclaimed 80’s head J But I love any style of music. I have 6 different CDs in my CD player in the car and they are all different
8. If you could have 3 people to your house for dinner (real or fictional, deceased or living), who would they be? And what would you serve? Wow, there should be a great and profound answer here…I would want both of my grandmothers, my great-grandfather (he passed away when I was a month old) and my husband and son. We would have lasagna, garlic bread, salad and a rich chocolate cake.
9. Tell us about your dream vacation! Where would you go? And who would you take with you? I want to travel the world and see everything there is to see. I would love to take my husband and son with me.
10. What is one thing that EVERY woman needs in her toybox? A bunny or dual action vibe.
11. What qualities make someone a good leader? Honesty, sincerity, organization, and having good listening skills.
12. Favorite food or restaurant? I love Italian food, Mexican, a good steak and of course being Southern, my grandmother’s home cookin’ J
13. Who should we aspire to be like? And why? Yourself! There is only one you! Don’t try to be like anyone else!
14. What is your favorite dessert? Chocolate Wave Cake from Red Lobster! That is a slice of heaven on earth!
15. What motivates you? Being able to give my son a better life than I ever imagined having.
16. You have ONE MILLION DOLLARS! How do you spend it? I would donate a majority of it to the child abuse coalition, to the ASPCA, and to cancer research. And with the remaining money I would pay off our house, cars, and student loans, and take a vacation.
17. What advice would you give a new consultant just starting her business? Don’t be afraid to ask questions, that is how you learn! Know what you’re selling, learn your product. Book parties before you even get your kit in your hands. Always book parties from parties and ADVERTISE yourself!
18. What is in your CD player or iPod playlist right now? In my CD player I have: Journey’s Greatest hits, some CDs that I’ve made with country music, rap, 80’s music, new stuff…my personal myspace site has a Christian song on it at the moment with a collection of oldies but goodies on my playlist, and my BBP myspace has Low by FloRida which is my little man’s favorite song J See, I like everything!
19. Can you share one of your BBP goals with us? Recruiting wasn’t my main goal…$$$ was my goal, I’m not going to lie, but now I’m building a team. I would like to make Gold consultant before Convention next year.
20. Any last words of wisdom??? Don’t be ashamed of what you do. You don’t “sell sex toys” well, you do, but that isn’t all you do. You also help people enhance their relationships in the bedroom and that is important! Tell everyone! And be proud! Not many people can stand in front of a room and explain what a “silver bullet” is and how you use it while being serious.
